When will I be charged?
Your subscription is free until July 1, 2026 — cancel anytime before then with no subscription charge. Identity verifications ($4 each) accrue during the trial and are billed at trial end.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — save ~15% with annual billing. Standard drops to $84/mo and Business to $212/mo.
What about identity verification?
Pay-as-you-go at $4 per completed check (document + selfie + liveness). You only pay for completed verifications — abandoned attempts are free. PEP and sanctions screening are recorded via the manual CDD workflow, not bundled into the metered charge.
What happens if I cancel?
You retain read-only access to your documents for 90 days. After that, data is deleted per our privacy policy.
